Deck Power Sanding Procedure

The following steps are done in ADDITION to Two Brothers standard deck pressure washing and staining process.

Two Brothers recommends the Power Sanding Procedure in the following situations: New Construction, Weathered Decks & Solid Stain Decks.

Our power sanding process helps eliminate splinters and rough spots by following these steps.

Step 1
Nails & Screws are re-set to ensure proper function of sanding equipment.
Step 2
Each board receives several passes of machine to create a bare foot friendly floor.
Step 3
Dust removal to ensure adhesion of stain/sealer.

Some decks may require further steps and the Power Sanding Process is recommended in ADDITION to Two Brothers standard deck cleaning and staining procedure. Two Brothers is one of the limited companies to offer this process and is recommended for New Construction, Weathered Decks, and Solid Stain Decks.

Two Brothers also offers carpentry services for structures and surfaces in need of repair. Repairs are done in combination of our washing and staining processes and repairs are done with expressed consent of property owner.

Standard- 18 month warranty, one time procedure

Silver- 30 month warranty, After initial procedure, floor and top railing are re-cleaned and treated within 30 months of original date of service

Gold- 5 year warranty, includes silver package plus an additional re-cleaning and treating of entire deck within 5 years of original date of service
