Day 1
We begin with a controlled high pressure wash and our signature hydroscrub process that provides a superior cleaning compared to our competitors. Our cleaning process removes the necessary dirt, moss, wood rot, as well opens the wood fibers to ensure proper and uniform adhesion of stain/sealer.
Day 2
Next plastic and tarps are carefully placed on all surrounding work areas to protect house and landscape. All hand railings, seating areas and other affected areas are lightly sanded by hand and power sander. Any protruding nails are taken care of at this time.

We then apply up to TWO coats of stain/sealer through a combination of both spray and brush application. Spraying offers ultimate coverage and reaches places a brush cannot, and brushing is done to for deeper penetration to ensure superior wood protection.

All plastic and tarps are removed, and general clean up of work area. Final inspection and restoration is complete.

Warranty Options: Save money by upgrading to one of our extended warranty options and keep your deck looking its best for years to come.

Standard– 18 month warranty, one time procedure.

Silver– 30 month warranty, After initial procedure, floor and top railing are re-cleaned and treated within 30 months of original date of service.

Gold– 5 year warranty, includes silver package plus an additional re-cleaning and treating of entire deck within 5 years of original date of service.
